A 10 kg or 20 kg carton describes net vanilla weight in an outer box. The size, number and material of its inner packs are agreed separately. For individually packed kilos, the €5 repacking charge applies to each 1 kg pack, even inside a larger carton.

A format to discuss for larger production or importer orders, with suitable handling at destination.
Inner packs and final gross weight need confirmation. A larger carton does not automatically mean cheaper freight.

For smaller withdrawals or repacking under a buyer’s brand, subject to the agreed product and label specification.
€5 extra per 1 kg pack. Putting those packs inside a carton does not remove the repacking charge.

All amounts in euro
The repacking charge is added to the product subtotal. Custom labels, freight and other quoted charges are separate.
10 packs × €5
20 packs × €5
50 packs × €5
The calculator adds this fee to every 1 kg pack, including balance kilos left after 10 kg or 20 kg bulk packs. For example, 25 kg in mixed bulk packing becomes 1 × 20 kg + 5 × 1 kg, adding €25. Other packing specifications are confirmed in the quotation.

Need your brand, an end-user label or importer details? Select “I need custom labels” in the calculator, then tell us the destination and requirements.
Artwork and any extra label charge are reviewed separately. A label request is not a confirmation of destination compliance.
Prepare a custom-label enquiry ↗01 / Destination
Country and importer instructions; the calculator requires a destination for custom-label requests.
02 / Language & identity
Required language(s), brand, and importer or end-user name where needed.
03 / Product & traceability
Proposed product name, grade, net weight, origin, lot reference and storage/date information for review.
04 / Artwork approval
Share label text and requirements in the enquiry. Final artwork, required information and cost are agreed before packing.
From arrival to the next batch
For finished, properly cured pods, follow the storage instructions supplied with the actual lot. Packing cannot correct insufficient drying or conditioning.
Agree grade, moisture/conditioning evidence, inner-pack method and material, carton dimensions and net/gross weights. Choose a packing method validated for that lot and the planned journey.
Agree transport conditions for the route. Keep cartons clean and dry, protected from crushing, strong odours, heat and sudden temperature changes.
Check carton condition, seals, pack count, lot references and net weights against the packing list. Isolate damaged or suspect packs and contact us before using them.
Keep finished cured pods sealed in a cool, dark place at stable room temperature, following the lot instructions. Re-close opened packs with clean, dry handling; retain lot identity and use the earliest best-before stock first.
Vacuum sealing is not a universal answer for bulk vanilla: insufficiently dried vanilla can develop mould under vacuum. Confirm the lot’s conditioning and suitable packing method first. For finished cured pods, routine refrigeration is not recommended; avoid condensation and follow the supplier’s lot-specific guidance.
If you find visible mould, do not use the affected product. Keep it separate and contact us. Shelf life and any temperature limits must come from the actual lot specification, not a general promise.
