04 / THE BUYER'S LIBRARY

A better choice starts
with useful knowledge.

Practical guidance from our existing document collection. Read what helps your decision, without completing a form.

A BUYER'S NOTE / 01

Length is only one part of the choice.

Compare aroma, appearance, moisture and analysis basis for the actual lot. A longer pod alone does not establish flavour or extraction yield.

A BUYER'S NOTE / 02

Visible seeds deserve a closer look.

With caviar, confirm seed content, other ingredients and handling. Test sensory effect and performance in your own base.

A BUYER'S NOTE / 03

Compare the whole quotation.

Align net weight, packing, documents and delivery basis. A product subtotal is one part of the cost of your order.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

A few useful
answers.

Can I start with a small order?+

Orders from 1 kg may be requested. The actual minimum, availability and packing are confirmed in your written offer. See the existing client guide for current sample and volume terms.

Are these delivered prices?+

No. The normal-client guide lists origin product prices. The separate bulk programme is an indicative FOB proposal. Freight, insurance, tax, duty and destination charges need the actual route's written quotation.

What documents should I request?+

Start with lot identification, specification, origin records and the available COA. Agree invoice, packing list, transport and route-specific requirements before ordering. Additional tests are agreed separately.

Where are the recipes and other languages?+

Recipes and A4 cards are available in the recipe collection (English). The new design is available in all seven current homepage languages. Recipes remain pending kitchen validation. recipe collection · EN ↗
