Before you order
Orders from 1 kg may be requested. Actual minimum, availability, lot specification, packing, repacking charges and any custom labels are confirmed in your offer. 200 g sample: EUR50, credited on the first order; dispatch and credit terms agreed in writing. The written quotation states payment, tax basis and validity; normally 14 days unless specified otherwise.
Volume requests
Volume discounts: 3% at 50 kg+, 5% at 100 kg+, and contract pricing at 250 kg+. These are subject to a reviewed written quotation and are not automatically combined with the separate bulk programme.
Current product scope
Finished liquid extracts are not currently offered. Indonesia / Papua lines have their own origin and require separate sourcing confirmation. Grade and product names do not certify species, composition, analytical values or destination compliance.
Evidence & documents
Specification, available COA, origin and route documents are agreed for the offered lot. Organic, Fairtrade or other certification is stated only where supported. Stock and delivery timing are confirmed in writing.
Separate bulk programme
The Grade A whole-pod bulk programme applies only to separately confirmed lots and specifications. Its EUR99/95/89/85/79 bands are not automatically interchangeable with these product lines. No automatic discount stacking.
